You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the EA without written permission.

4. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific trading results or profits.
Trading in financial markets carries risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment.
Our EA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the EA and related materials remain the property of EA Custom unless otherwise stated in writing.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA as per the agreed terms.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in your invoice or service agreement.
Due to the digital nature of the EA, no refunds will be issued once the software is delivered, except as required by law.
